We guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with the quality of your printed materials. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of your materials we print, we will reprint your order at no additional charge/

Of course, the guarantee has some reasonable limitations. The following conditions below apply.

• Credits do not apply to shipping charges
• Reprinting is limited to the original order quantity
• You must return 100% of the original order, at your cost, before a reprint will be processed
• You must return 100% of your order within 30 days from the time when your order was delivered
• Our Total Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover the cost of mailing services or postage
• Our Total Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to any issues that directly result from the quality or arrangement of files/art you provide as evident on the proof you approve
• No Credits will be issued for logo design, photography, and/or graphic design services
• Color perception is very subjective, and Hillview DPM is not liable for the final appearance of printed colors
• Credits are subject to the Terms and Conditions (T&C’s)
